4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit system. Each image transformation costs 1 credit, regardless of the style or image size. New users receive free credits to get started, and additional credits can be purchased through our platform. All payments are final and non-refundable.

5. User Content

By uploading images to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the images you upload
• The images do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• The images do not contain illegal, obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload. For transformed images created by our service, you receive a license to use these images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

The Snapfire name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Snapfire or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapfire and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
